This photo sums up the fantastic time i had in Singapore. I was fortunate to have been backed by a wonderful band and equally as wonderful people.
Erik Hargrove on drums who was the band leader and main man who invited me to head out there. He had been the late great James Browns drummer for 7 years and shared some extraordinary stories with us about his journey, a truly talented giving and special guy.
On keyboards was Euntaek Kim Mark Elton on bass and Christina Nogales on backing vocals, they each worked so hard on my music and each night it just got better. Stacks of talent and creativeness.
We played for 4 nights at a great venue called "Cool Cats' which is ran by JW Marriott Hotel and a short walk away from the complex.
The audiences were lots of fun and really got involved and showed me a very warm welcome. Plus great tasting cocktails haha.
Ill miss the delicious food the warm hearts and unforgettable vibes, but ill be back! If your ever in this area you should swing by and support the new venue along with its great artists. My new extended family The Soul Disciples!
